1) Business Investment
An investor may be eligible for a 10-year permit if they fulfil one of the following conditions:
- Invest at least 2 million into a company or public fund in the country.
- Partnering in an existing or new company with a share value of no less than AED 10 million.
All investment types must be maintained for a minimum of three years.

2) Real Estate investment
By purchasing property worth at least AED 2 million you may be eligible for a 5-year permit. This kind of investment must also be retained for a minimum of three years.
