Steps of Cypriot Citizenship

iWA Citizenships will conduct a preliminary screening of your passport for government pre-approval. To initiate your application, a down payment for professional fees will be required.

Choose the property of your preference and sign the reservation agreements. Following this step, you will need to sign the naturalization application either in Cyprus or at the Embassy.

iWA Citizenships professional team will assemble all necessary property documents, conduct due diligence on the selected property, and draft the sales agreement. Your next steps involve signing the sale agreement, submitting it to the land registry, and fulfilling the purchase price payment.

The expert team at iWA Citizenships will guide and counsel you through the collection of necessary documents for the naturalization application. As per the revised criteria introduced in September 2016, it is now a prerequisite to visit Cyprus to apply for a PR permit.

It takes approximately three months for the application for naturalization to be examined and approved.

According to the updated criteria introduced in September, a six-month period must transpire from the date of obtaining the Immigration Permit. Following this duration, it is mandatory to visit Cyprus to take the oath of allegiance. Subsequently, the remaining professional fees need to be settled, and you will receive the Cypriot passports and IDs.
